The lineup scales by room size: 12K BTU covers up to ~550 sq ft, 18K up to ~1,000 sq ft, 24K up to ~1,500 sq ft, and 36K up to ~2,500 sq ft. Pick your BTU based on the space you're conditioning.

Both — it's a true heat pump system. It cools in summer and reverses to heat in winter efficiently down to low outdoor temperatures, so it's a year-round solution, not just an AC.

It ships as a DIY-friendly kit, but we recommend a licensed HVAC technician handle the final line-set connection and vacuum/charge to keep your warranty valid and performance at its peak. Many customers mount it themselves and have a pro do the final hookup.
